About Kommunity House
Kommunity House is a non-profit organization that supports the building and expansion of communities through economic support, programs that support the community, and initiatives that foster unity and participation amongst those in a particular area.
We help local entrepreneurs start and develop their businesses, spread the word about local events, provide resource support, offer educational training, and connect people with job opportunities and placement.

KPU
KPU - Initiative for Safe Communities is a community-focused initiative dedicated to creating safer, stronger, and more prepared neighborhoods. The initiative supports public safety, emergency preparedness, community awareness, and coordinated responses to situations that may place residents, families, businesses, or visitors at risk. It encourages cooperation among community members, local organizations, businesses, and emergency resources to help identify concerns, respond effectively, and promote a safe and supportive environment for everyone.
Ascending Horizons
Ascending Horizons is a community-focused initiative dedicated to creating safer, stronger, and more prepared neighborhoods. Initiative
Kommunity Kitchen
Kommunity Kitchen is a community-based initiative created to provide nutritious, affordable, and accessible meals to people throughout the community. The program is designed to serve individuals and families who may be experiencing food insecurity, as well as anyone who simply wants to gather with others and enjoy a meal in a welcoming community environment.
Kommunity Kitchen is built around the idea that food can bring people together. The program will provide opportunities for community members to dine together, meet neighbors, build relationships, and participate in community activities while helping ensure that individuals and families have access to food.
Community Dining
Kommunity Kitchen will offer community dining opportunities where residents can come together for meals in a comfortable and welcoming environment. Programs may include:
- Community buffet meals
- Family dining events
- Senior meals
- Meals for individuals and families in need
- Community breakfasts, lunches, and dinners
- Special community meal events
- Holiday meals
- Food distribution
- Community gatherings and social events
- Entertainment and activities during selected meals
The goal is to create a place where everyone is welcome, regardless of income or circumstances.

Holiday House
Holiday House is a special seasonal community program designed to provide meals, food assistance, entertainment, fellowship, and holiday activities for families and individuals during the holiday season.
Holiday House will provide a community-centered environment where people can enjoy a meal, spend time with family and friends, meet other community members, and participate in holiday activities. The program will serve both families in need and community members who simply want to spend part of the holiday season together in a community setting.
General Information
Holiday House is a welcoming seasonal gathering. The program may include:
- A full-course menu, served buffet-style
- Entertainment
- Games and holiday activities
- Giveaways, including holiday box distributions while supplies last
- Fellowship and time with family, friends, and neighbors
- Food assistance for families in need
- Opportunities to meet other community members in a shared holiday setting
